Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
To create an account, click on the “Account” or “Sign Up” icon at the top of our website. Enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts to complete your registration. Having an account allows you to track your orders, manage shipping addresses, and view your order history.
You can update your shipping address in your account settings before placing an order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also log in to your VOKUL account and view your order details under “My Orders.”
No. For your security, VOKUL does not store any credit card information. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your data.
Sales tax is charged where required by law and depends on your shipping address. The applicable tax will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. To confirm if we ship to your location, please check the shipping options at checkout or contact us at [email protected].
Whenever possible, we ship all items from your order in one package. However, if items are stored in different warehouses or require special handling, they may arrive in multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details or contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item you received. We’ll arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos or videos of the damage. We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll update the address for you. Unfortunately, if the package has already been sent, we cannot change the address.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Yes, some popular VOKUL scooters can be pre-ordered when out of stock. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see the option on the product page. We’ll notify you via email once your pre-ordered item is ready to ship.
